"Great Hotel in Great Location"
I have stayed at this hotel many times on my nine trips to Finland. The location is just about perfect: next to the train station on one side and with Helsinki's main street (Mannerheimintie) on the other. The rooms are comfortable and many have balconies. They have good restaurants on the premises, and a great nightclub called "The Tenth Floor" (on the 10th floor, of course) that is a great place to meet beautiful Finnish women (or handsome Finnish men, for you female travelers).

"Good hotel, central location"
A pleasant stay here - comfortable room, although not over-large. Good value for money. Very convenient location.

"Good in downtown Helsinki"
I've stayed in this hotel serveral different times and I like it a lot. The location is perfect with the train station, the subway, a tram-stop and the bus station within a one-minute walk from the hotel door.
The single rooms I've stayed in have all been clean but not very big. The bathtubs are not very big either, but I've found them very comfortable. The staff is very nice and since I've been in Helsinki on business, arriving early and then heading off to work, I have been allowed to check in at 9 in the morning to leave my luggage and change my clothes although you're really supposed to check in five hours later.
